The Future of Condiments is Today. 

Traditional condiments, sauces, dips and toppings are way sweeter, saltier and fattier than they really need to be. We wondered why, and decided we could do better. We deconstructed our favorites and reimagined them using all natural, sustainable ingredients like super-healthy superfoods, fruit, spices and aromatics, and we greatly reduced or eliminated salt, sugar, carbs and fat. And we discovered something amazing -- when salt, fat and sugar are reduced, flavors become richer, brighter and more intense.

Thus we offer to you, dear consumer of ketchups, BBQ, steak and hot sauces, relishes, mustards, dips, mayonnaises, aiolis and quesos, an entire family of super delicious, post modern, new American condiments, sauces, toppings and dips that manifest the spirit of the original (some more so than others -- whilst we consider ourselves non-traditional traditionalists we also dabble in being non-traditional non-traditionalists) while embracing being as good for you as possible.

All our products are produced in our facility where we do not allow peanuts, tree nuts, wheat or soy.  Just fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, herbs, spices and liquid ingredients, either fresh, shelf-stable, frozen, dried, aseptic, distilled, blackened or fermented.

We are here! Hours are 1-ish to 4-ish on Saturdays, and some weekday afternoons.  

What's with these logos on your labels?

Simply put, we believe all people are (or certainly should be) born equal, and they are what they are. And as long as they do not bring harm to others, they can do and believe whatever the heck they want. If you disagree, you are welcome to vote with your wallet and shop elsewhere.
